Hi y'all, 

I am currently a college student who is about to graduate in May and I have quite a bit of money left over in my college 529 plan that I could use as a downpayment on a house or preferably a duplex, so that I can house hack and start my investing journey immediately. I am a construction science major and currently have a job lined up in Houston that I will start at in July. I'm wondering if there's any investors in the Houston area that would be willing to give me some advice regarding small multifamily or if anyone has also house hacked and been in a similar situation that I am trying to get in.
