Dealing with tenants that don't pay. We are renting and we're just so tired of renting and we found a home we love. But we need the other side of the home to rented in order to pay for the home. My husband just doesn't want to lead us in the wrong direction. even if it's a SFH, renting in NY is just so pointless and don't want to stay comfortable renting.

My husband and I are first time home buyers. We're a family of 4. We are interested in buying a multi family home, but my husband is nervous to rent out to tenants. We need some advice.
