Hey, Biggerpockets fam!

In need of some help with a client! The issue we are having is she has two addresses but it is on one single APN/lot. She wants to be able to split the lot into two and sell both lots separately but the issue we are running into is that when looking into the parcel, the county of Los Angeles only sees one of the addresses as valid with the correct APN. We are unsure of how to move forward with this and any advice would be appreciated!

Hey all!

New to the real estate game and currently in my second month of wholesaling. Been listening to all types of YouTube videos, podcasts, etc. to learn everything and anything I can to land my first deal. Really eager to meet other like-minded people on here and would love to hear any stories or advice you would give a beginner, to close their first deal and what is the best route to make it consistent and scalable. The goal is to change it from being a side hustle to my full-time job! Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers!
