Hi Everyone,

Myself and investment partner has decided on a market, Toledo Ohio, to invest in and would like to put together our team. We will be investing long distance, however one party is free to travel as needed. We are looking for the following professionals:

1. Real Estate Attorney - Operating Agreement is needed for the partnership

2. Real Estate Agent - Looking to invest in multifamily homes

3. CPA 

Please let me know if you or any professional you know is capable of filling these roles. My partner and I are eager to go from paralysis analysis to actual investing. Thank you in advance.
