I'm a wholesaler in Massachusetts, I have two properties so far in which I need to find investors for. Putting my listing in FB groups. To find interested investors or active cash buyers I've heard of Batchleads and Propstream. Are these good softwares? Which ones should I use? Advice please? Thank you
@Payton Haight No I don't. I've joined many FB groups for investing, wholesaling, real estate etc. How do I find mentors?
@Payton Haight owner is selling for $639,900 (he did a 10k price cut). Market value of area is 659k. Zestimate is $654,600 (I don't know if that's accurate). Owner has spent 20k on 'luxury premium enhancements'. House isn't old, 2022. What do you think?
I have found a home that I am interested in wholesaling. I toured it with a friend and it looks promising. The house is 10 grand below market value. We spoke with the owner during the tour, and he said he had no issue with us finding investors as long as he gets his fair share, which he will. The only issue is finding investors. How do we find investors? What's the best way to go about this? Any one with wholesaling experience?
