I am just getting started. I have not closed my first deal yet. I have 2 homes in Las Vegas.
Here are the deals:
710K-Price
7K Rehab
3K Fees
900K ARV
800K - Price
0-Rehab
1.1M Appraisal Value
975K - Offers on the homes
Looking for a partnership but I am not confused about the REO paperwork involved.
I am at the phase of entering an offer for the homes.
