I’m new in the world of real estate investment. I would like to gather information from you all to help me better understand the market. I’m interested in buying rental properties in Chicago, perhaps a studio or a one bedroom. I would like to know whether you guys think Chicago is a good market and how would you do it. If you have $350,000 in budget. I have never applied a loan from a bank so I’m not sure how to do that as well. Can’t wait to hear back from you guys! Thank you!
