I'm a fairly new real estate investor and am currently starting out in Wholesaling.  I have a quick question for you experienced investors out there that maybe wouldn't mind giving me some direction on something.  I'm currently looking to do direct mail, SMS texting and other avenues to reach potential sellers.  My main question is around SMS texting.  My main concern is that I want to make sure that I'm TCPA compliant as I know those fines can be quite hefty.  I've been given advice to utilize a service such as BatchLeads, LeadSherpa, etc and that by using these services they make sure you stay compliant, etc.  However, I'm wondering if anyone can shed any light on "why" using those services make you compliant?  I.e. what does one have to do to make sure they are compliant?  I've done some research but would look if someone wouldn't mind explaining in simple terms.  I'd appreciate any help - thanks!!
