Post: Filing your LLC annual report in Kansas

I have recently put my rental property into an LLC and my lawyer is suggesting I have them file my annual report to make sure everything is done correctly and timely. I have briefly looked into the steps involved in filing the annual report with the state of Kansas and it doesn't seem to be something I can't handle. I, of course, want it done correctly but if I can pay the $50 online filing fee and do it myself vs. paying my lawyer to do it for their hefty hourly fee plus the online filing fee, I would prefer to take the less expensive route. Again, this is the LLC Annual Report for the State of Kansas. Can anyone who has done this offer insight? Thanks in advance!
