Hey Steven, We live in lower AL - I’m not an agent but track the market pretty closely here. 4-plexes don’t come up often, but come up more frequently in Enterprise than Dothan. Sometimes Daleville as well. Try Hannah Pendleton with KW (334) 796-7729. She’s an agent/investor and should be able to help. Hi everyone! I currently have a Realtor I work with, and have purchased 3 homes with them in the last 3 years. However, I'm finding that they aren't really investor-friendly and don't even bring me deals that I'm finding on the MLS. Sooooo, looking to you guys for some great recommendations for a Realtor in Dothan, AL or the Wiregrass, in general. Our next buy will probably happen in early 2023 so I have some time to find someone fantastic!!! Thanks in advance for your help!!!

@Jessica_Duty We are just getting set up to buy a SFH in Columbus. I spoke with 3 different Realtors and decided to work with Cody Smith at Century 21. He's here on BP too. As far as lenders, I just googled and started asking for rate info. It was all over the board but it looks like maybe CMG might work well for what we are looking at. Hope this helps and good luck!
