Hello,

We are looking to renovate a basement due to a flood.  Can you please recommend any vetted contractors in the 60409 surrounding areas?

Hi Chris, no. I’m referring to tax yields as far as I know, you will invest directly with the local government. You actually purchase the tax lien certificate. You will receive checks from the local government as owners pay back the loan. If owners fail to pay back the loan, you can potentially own the home for the price of the tax lien.

Hi all:

I’m looking to find out more about tax yields? Are they legitimate and worth investing about $100 to get information about the systems? Or could I do much of the work in creating a system that works for me on my own?

Thanks for your input in advance.

Thanks, Andy. I’ve been advised that it’s the best way to go for investors and to protect assets. Is that not the case?

Thanks, David. I'm such a newbie. What do you mean by "Frankensteining?" Also, how will the lender allow me to put the mortgage in my LLC's name without activation that due-on-sale clause?

Thank you in advance for your help.

How do you add a property to an LLC without having the consequence of the due-on-sale clause? Is it only possible to add a property to your LLC if you've paid off the loan?

Who assumes the mortgage loan in a real estate partnership? Would all parties need to be on the mortgage loan? If not, do you simply draw up a contract based upon what you all agree on?
