@Matt Leonard That's a really good point. I never thought about it from that perspective! Thanks! I wish I was ready to put an offer in but unfortunately I have not seen inside the house besides pictures, nor do I know anything other than what the listing says.
@Christopher Phillips No, I just told them I was very interested in this house and would like to see it as soon as possible.
I told my RE agent that I'm very interested in a particular property and she replied that the seller is currently negotiating several offers. I am new to investing so I know there's a good chance I couldn't snag the deal fast anyways but am I wrong to feel like she blew it off too easily since the house is not under contract yet?
