Hey Nathan, thanks for the response. We have a property we are interested in and are travelling there this weekend to see if it's a good fit to pursue. We are working directly with the listing agent so we have a good shot if we like the home. Hi Everyone, we are looking to purchase and renovate a home in Saugatuck MI but would be managing from out of state. Any recommendations for a GC? This is our first out of state rehab project and are a little nervous about finding someone we can trust for a big project. Please let me know if you have any recommendations or any ideas for the best way to find someone and manage from out of state. Thank you!
