I bought a condo for 240k in 2007. It's now vacant and needs about 5000 in updating At most I can get 1600 a month
I have put 15000 into it after I bought it.
Should I re lease and sell for maybe more in June of 2017 or sell now and take the cash and find a better investment? From st Augustine Fla
