Post: Fireplaces in rental houses

It's not that risky as everyone usually thinks when it comes to fireplace especially for a rental home. Consider signing an agreement with the renter if you need to be certain. Also, insurance companies don't have an issue with fireplace. So, I think you are all good over here. No need to worry :)

While considering any real estate developer, first you need to research about them on the internet or among the people of your locality regarding their reputation in the market. The location and the policy of the company should be overlooked before making any final plans.

I am telling this because my brother in Canada had fallen a prey to Fortress Real Development and invested in it because they were going to create one of the tallest buildings in the city but the developers did not completed the project and he got screwed. So better, keep your mind open.
