Has anyone else had problems getting the free podcast to open up or download? Many times they just sit there and don't download so I'm wondering why?

Thank you all for your input.

We are contemplating buying our first 2 new homes as rentals.  Are there any good finance companies that you all recommend?  Realty Shares is mostly for flipping and not long term rent from what I've seen.  Or, would Realty Shares help with our down payment and us pay them off in their short-term notes if we financed through another finance company?

Is there a sheet available that tells a newby in what order to do a remodel for the best workflow - ie, walls, cabinets, bathrooms, ceilings, floors, electric, etc?

Do you all have more than one contractor at a time in the home?  I heard a podcast yesterday that said they recommend that to get the remodel done quicker.

Thanks!  I started to send a private message but got a pop-up about the solicitation so thought maybe I wasn't supposed to do that....

Is asking someone if they would be interested in mentoring and helping fund a deal when their profile says they are interested in investing considered solicitation?

Daniel, I'd be interested in your lender info as well.

Post: naming your business and LLC vs C Corp

Hi, I've seen a few older threads on this but am new to investing and wondered if experienced investors would give their opinion/idea on how you came up with naming your business(es)?

I've seen some say don't use the word "properties" in the business because banks may like something like Smith Investments vs Smith Property Investments - says the word "property" gives away that you're a property investor and sometimes loans are harder.  Advise on that?

Also, I was trained to have a C Corp for flips and an LLC for Rentals - advice on this as well?
