Has anyone ever built a modular multi family building? We are in International Falls, MN (on border of Canada) and there is a housing shortage. Wanting to sell our current rental SFH (paid for) & use proceeds to build a 10-20 unit modular apartment building. Not sure where to start. Any advice?
