Question: I currently have an FHA under my name. I recently got married and I was wondering if my wife and I could get an FHA under both of our names? Even if I already have one under my name.

hey what type of insurance policies should I have on my house hack? Also should I get home insurance or rental property insurance?

A property I’m going for has no appliances. Anything I can do to negotiate that or get money from the seller to get appliances?
