Hello BP family!!

I am having a little trouble finding help and/or resources in my area from people who does wholesaling. So I am trying to get started on my own. I have done my research on building my team but I have yet to make phone calls or do interviews. The only money I have really is for marketing. What I want to know is, after I find a seller, what is the next step? Do I find out how much the seller wants for the property? Do I get it appraised? I really need help. I have read books, watched videos, and listened to a couple of podcasts. Any pointers?!

I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right place or forum. This is my first time. But I have a question. I am looking at home to but that is vacant. This will be my first deal. I did comps and looked up the house and owners info. I'm ready to go forward with this. But is it a good idea to do a vacant hose as my first deal? I just want to buy and sell without having to renovate it.

Welcome to BP Linda. I myself am new to this. I am also from St. Louis Missouri. I have no experience whatsoever in realestate. I've been reading books like crazy, watching YouTube, listening to webinars, and will be attending my first meeting next month. As of now I am looking for someone I can partner up with and learn together and possibly grow together

hello you all. Thank you guys so much for the warm welcomes and advise. I most definitely will be checking out the learn tab and yes I have the ebook for beginners. I know that there is a lot to learn and also that I can't learn everything from reading. I am a hands on person really. Should I just educate myself as much as possible and jump in or work with a mentor?
