I would love to go to realty school honestly. I have actually been looking into it for some time now but the 4-500 dollars most places charge isn't something we can fork over at the moment especially with the baby. Maybe when my wife has been working a little longer.

Hello everyone! My name is King Rager. I am originally from California but I am currently in the US Army stationed in North Carolina here at Fort Bragg. I am completely new to the Real Estate scene, but I am all about learning and acquiring knowledge. Me and my Wife just had a beautiful baby girl and naturally, my focus has changed to securing a stable future for myself and our family even more so than what the military can offer. I have always wanted to get into real estate in one way or another and I am definitely glad that I found this site. My interest hit its boiling point after we began renting a house from a retiree here and I realized how much money he was making from us staying here and with me offering to do some of the repairs. After looking at the situation I thought "well I can do that!" So here I am hoping to learn as much as possible and hopefully on my way to my first real estate investment venture!
