Hey Biggerpockets!
My name is Richard and I'm brand new to real estate. I went to a "life changing" seminar where they wanted $10,000 upfront and at least $90,000 disposable. Obviously as a starving college student, this program wasn't for me (I felt like these guys were snakes too), but I was very interested in the idea of wholesaling or creative financing. I'd love network with other investors in the area and abroad about how they create success in the arena of real estate.
I also have my property and casualty insurance license for the state of CA, how could I put this license to good use in this field?
Any and all recommendations/advice would be much appreciated.
