Hello from sunny Southern California! I'm new to this website and real estate investing and looking to learn as well as network! My husband and I are interested in purchasing a single family home to rent out or flip. We are both in the health care industry and I'm considering a career change to real estate. One of my biggest questions is if I need to get a real estate license as a future investor. Hoping to learn about that and more here!
