Hey everyone! I'm Kathryn O'Neil, my husband and I just got married in November. We have decided to begin our real estate investing adventure by renting my house. Ideally, I would like to make REI my full time job and have several properties to manage around the area, but we are planning to start slow and not get in over our heads.

We have found our first renter! Yay!  But I've read a lot about making sure your lease complies with state laws and such and EPA lead paint restrictions and on and on... its all slightly overwhelming... I'm having trouble finding a lease document use.  Any suggestions?  (Note: I did find a link for 'forms and contracts' here on BP, but NONE of the documents open.  I don't know if this is a mac issue or site related...)
