I would have agent do open houses and to follow thru with buyer on sales. I would do open houses with stipulation if buyer that was initiated thru open house, I would become buyer agent and get full commission on one side. Another time, I had sat at openthouses for agreed amount each week. Not many lookers at time, if sold I would only get 50% of buyer side comm. TO HELP TIME GO FASTER ON SLOW WEEKS, I ASSISTED WITH PHONE CALLS, paper work, of course I was compensated but was reasonable pay. Theres many ways to get help without losing buyers when ur busy. New agents love to learn,
