Hello BP community, My name is Ken Palmquist, my fiancé and I are new to investing. I have worked in many different industries in sales and marketing. I was a mortgage loan officer for about a year up until 2008. I have basic knowledge of mortgage. I am a quick learner and willing to work hard to achieve our financial goals. We are very interested in learning how to invest. I have been reading articles on BP and am amazed at the wealth of information. We are truly looking for mentorship. We are moving to the central coast of California in mid July and want to aggressively jump into our first deal. Or possibly assist someone with leg work to learn the process. We are all about networking and adding value to people. If you are willing to take us under your wing or at least offer advice on our first steps we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Ken and Rowena

We need advice, we just attended a Scott Yancey real estate seminar. They offer a 3day Seminar that is supposed to teach us how to invest in real estate. They promise to allow us to use their funding, up to $750,000 per deal and they only take 1% plus $495 after closing. Is it worth spending the $1997 for the class? Please let us know at your earliest convenience. Thank you Ken
