Just wondering what a good credit score is and the best ratio for income to debt.
I could work on these while i'm taking classes.

Found this forum through the podcast. I really enjoy listening to it.
I am currently enrolled in the required college classes to be able to take the real estate exam. My plan is to keep my current full time job ( concrete construction ) and work as a Realtor part-time. From there My plan is to invest in rentals or flips-to-rental. I will also look into joining a REI club and get involved. I'm very excited to get started.......wish I would have done this years ago!!!
