Hello, I am currently in the process of putting together a partnership with two other individuals. We are going to start with fix-and-flips and also buy and holds. My question is, which entity is better for our needs?

Thanks for your feedback!

Hello everyone,

I am 18 years old, currently studying mechanical engineering at Kansas State University. I have been interested in RE investing for about two years know. I have read a few informational books over it, and done a lot of research via the internet. I have joined this website to help further develop my knowledge on the subject. I don't expect to do any real investing for another year or two. So my goal is to learn as much as I can, and meet people that can help me throughout my RE investing career.
