Hey bp community, What season is good to paint exteriors of a house and what kind of paint works best?? I have some chips tht needs to be fixed too and average price tht wud cost me for sfh slab about 3000sqf, TIA

I am going to orlando for a week, how can I productively use my time and look for opportunities while I am there?? Should I coldcall all the agents or wholesalers in that area?? Or just do driveby myself?
