STR Townhomes in Chattanooga TN are definitely booming. Used to be south of around 5900 back during covid. Dwindled down to about 3800 now. Great area to start in, Lots of OOS investors narrowing down on the Chattanooga market!

Hello Sehyun Lim!
Depends on what type of Rental property you're looking for. Short-term? Mid-term? Long-term?
Chattanooga is great for Short term and Mid term rentals(typically used by people who travel for work)!

Want a market thats booming?
Chattanooga Tennessee.
Was recently voted #1 place to live in Tennessee,, As well as #27 place win the entire states.
This means it's getting the notice it deserves. Why do you think so many investors from outside of Chattanooga are honing in? Its a central point between Atlanta and Knoxville, Atlanta and Nashville, Within a 5-7 hr drive to a handful of coastal beaches, and a great place to open a place of residency for someone. Chattanooga is bustling, Steady yearlong traffic, new housing developments going up everywhere you turn your head, countless jobs being opened in this region, new highway construction to widen our 3 lanes into 5 lanes, a new MiLB stadium in the works, and many many more things. Whatever you may want to do investment wise, There are plenty of ways to get in touch with service providers of every need, all quick and efficient.
If you'd like concrete information regarding our market, more insight, and personal opinion, just give me a shout via reply!
Thank You,
-Korey

Hello new family, And welcome to my first post in this community!
My Names Korey Pell, and i'm an investor oriented Realtor here in Chattanooga, TN. Ive lived here my entire life, and never in the same part of this city. Im breaking the ice tonight, to explain a little about myself.
Ive scrolled through many forums here, in took a lot of information I've read, and used it to plan myself accordingly. Not only do I specialize in the Real-Estate side of flips(Also your other strategies, STR/BRRRR/MTR, Etc), I also work them manually. I have the ability to give you a more in-depth look at a potential flip, than your standard agent. Ive been doing this for about a year realty wise, and the contracting for a good bit longer. This is only a sliver of what I can bring to the table.
Ive come here today to ask. Im someone who is not afraid to seem uneducated, Because in a lot of this, I am. But a lot of it, i'm extremely proficient. One can not know everything, that why i'm extremely open to any information, any tips, any advice, any THING. Allow me to learn from the people who have done this and been extremely rewarded, and the ones who have been in here and got absolutely nowhere. Teach me, And hopefully I can return the favor. Id love to sit of the table of everyone with seniority over me, and learn.
Open to any conversations, Replies, or Comments !
Thank You Guys,
Korey.
