@Joe Norman @Doran Summers @Ned Carey
My plan is to buy property at around 40k-70k paid it off quick and do cash out refinance to continue my investment and repeat. If I use 40k as down payment for let say 200k home, how do I acquire the next one??
Should I change my strategy??
What would you do if you were in my situation??

@Ray Slack i have 40k cash right now and probably will be looking for property at that range. I just bought my first home before i learn about REI. It will probably be impossible to get a loan at this time.

@Chris Coleman Thank you for your help
@Russell Brazil I just did a quick search on those area and seem like Baltimore will fit my budget. If you were to invest in Baltimore city, which area will you be focusing on?? Should I use some land mark or workplace as a pin point (Hospital, stadium...etc)
Do you have any pocket listing around these area??

I'm looking to invest in rental property in Maryland and want to ask if there is an area I must avoid. I have limited budget around 40-50k. I currently live in Glen Burnie.
Which area should I be focusing on?
Where is blue collar in MD ?
