i am a new whole seller in Houston, Tx. I was wondering if any of you have any tips for successful whole selling. What contracts will i need? Where do i find them? Should i get a LLC? Are there any websites that are good resources for finding deals? Where can i find an absentee list? Should i use a lawyer?

Can anyone assist or guide me in finding probate deals? How do i gain the information to be able to work the deal?
