Thanks, @Davartay Miller I am already in touch with your team. Just looking for contacts specific in markets that you guys don't operate like FL, GA etc. 


@Chris Clothier Firstly, huge props for mentioning other turnkey providers in the markets you operate. Speaks volumes about your character!! Thanks for the recos and I will look into them.

I am just getting into rental RE investing. Being from California, I am exploring the option of using Turnkey providers for properties in the South/ SE region. It would be great if you can share your experience with some good turnkey providers. 

I keep hearing good things about Memphis Invest/ REI nation. Are there any other good ones to consider?

P.S. - I understand Turnkey is a buzz word, not all provide the same service and pricing will be at market value. I am still looking to explore in spite of these limitations.
