Hi everyone!  My name is Kendall.  My husband and I are wanting to invest in rental properties.  My goal is to learn as much as I can.  All of your posts and advise are very helpful! I just turned 27 and hope to over the next few years build up a nice source of passive income that will provide us with a secure financial future.
