Eventually all aspects but to start off I am interested in bird doging and wholesaling and then eventually buy and flip and rental property

I'm very new to real estate I know nothing I'm looking for a mentor/real estate agent or fellow investor in the Lynchburg area to sort of take me under their wing and show me the ropes. I really need help I've been interested in real estate as long as I can remember . I have alot of ideas I jus don't know how or where to start
