Welcome Ron! As a fellow new member I was a bit overwhelmed at first but then I found Darren's suggestion: Bigger Pockets Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing which really helped to put things into perspective.

Thanks for the encouragement Doron! As an architect you understand how tough our field can be. With my limited resources I have gotten 2 houses as rentals which have transformed my practice as I can choose who I work with. Thanks again!
