I had a question in regards to your post.
"You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it."
How can you control a property and not own it?

My name is, Kenneth Neylon, I am interested in getting started in real estate to provide better for my family. I have no current experience in REI, but I am looking forward to getting started. When I first tried to get started it was by attending one of Thans free seminar, wholesaling seemed too easy. I did not have the money to sign up for his education summit so I turned to Google instead. This led me to this website where I not only found the information I was looking for, I also found other like minded people to ask questions. Looking forward to making my first deal and showing my wife it can be done.
