Just as @Michael said. Im in the middle of reading this (https://www.biggerpockets.com/store/rental-property-investing-ultimate) book and it has a whole chapter on just analyzing properties. Also for rehab costs I'd check out this book (https://www.biggerpockets.com/store/estimating-rehab-costs-ultimate).

House-hacking is an excellent strategy and is my favorite strategy for new investors. You're doing the right thing by preparing starting now.

Thank You!! Much appreciated. Do you know how I could get into getting email alerts when new houses hit the market so I can get a feel for the market?? I checked and it said I needed a Real Estate Agent, but since I'm not ready to buy right this moment, I'm not sure if I'd just be wasting the agents time.
