A little of both..I guess I can share here: what my goal is is to develop housing, preferably single family units in neighborhood sections for low income families. What sets my vision apart is just that: vision. I have no interest in throwing up a house and four walls, these homes are going to be something people have little to nothing can be proud of because I am driven in this project through the philosophy that your environment affects your self worth. It can be problematic for some and I understand, but it doesn't divert from my main purpose to place more families in homes if that's what they want.
The qualifying features I have not panned out yet but I just know that I want to take this to cities where it's hard enough to get by in. I'm thinking I should start off in smaller, impoverished areas and work my way out just to test how it will work.

Hey, Marvin and thank you! The real estate development I seek is primarily on the residential side. I would never close myself off to commercial but residential is where I'm more passionate about.

Hello! I'm Kristin Hawkins and I've just started in real estate anything about a week ago when I got my license. The business of real estate has been a passionate interest of mine since I was 10 and I have a lot of high goals for myself for the next 5 years and beyond.
I have a background in English (lit), sociology and telecommunications. I'm a UGA grad. I'm also a writer. I'm also an interior design nut and I love random facts, bad TV aaaand food. I'm a glutton and I love it.
I'm here to meet many equally eager and ambitious minds within the field that is open to helping one another grow over time. Because of my plans to start a nationwide nonprofit in the future, I want to get into the world of investment real estate and real estate development as soon as possible. In the mean time, I'm just being me and helping people in real estate.
