I am beginning to think there must be a book out there titled "Excuses to Give Your Landlord When You Can't Pay the Rent" !! Wow! This is the time of the month for it!! Maybe all of us could put one together! :lol:

I guess RE is in my blood! My Dad was in the business ever since I can remember! It just rubbed off. Our business is a family affair... besides my husband, our other partner is my brother. Personally, I have been everything from a bookkeeper in a management company to RE Broker/partner where we managed over 2000 units to managing and supervising for another company. I prefer doing my own thing!!

We focus on apartments of 100+ units, mobile home communities, senior (not assisted) complexes for partners and consulting services. We are also looking for joint venture for vacant land and master lease/options for any of the above! [REMOVED]
