I just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas to loan in regard to a client I have and the situation he is in.  He has been through a foreclosure and does not want to rent.  He has a horse he does not want to get rid of and needs a place that will let him have the horse.  He filed Chapter 7 last February and has a credit score over 600.  He is okay with a lease to purchase.  He is retired and brings in enough to make a $900-$1100 month payment.  He would like to stay in the Ellis County area.  Any ideas?  I have contacted several lenders and obviously they said not for 24 months would they go near him.  Any ideas?  I really want to help this man.  He is a retired police officer almost 70yrs old.
