@Brit Foshee her budget is $800/mo, I believe she’d go as high as 1k but that’s not for sure. She has a dog and a cat. And she’d like somewhere safe

I've been looking for my first house to flip in Fort Myers, Florida, and so far have had no luck. I've been looking for about 2 months now. I'm ready and would like to find something ASAP so I can get started. Cash budget of about 300-400k. I just moved here and have been learning all about the market, so if anyone has any advice, that would be great. It seems like it's hard to find a good deal on a flip house right now...!
