@Anthony Diggs What area do you recommend? My husband and I both work in DC. We don’t want to live to far from the city.

Hello,
My husband and I are interested in purchasing a home in Oxon Hill, Maryland. We would live in the house for 1-2 years then keep it as a rental property.
Good or bad idea?
