Hey friends! We're getting set up with our first deal (fix & flip)... Was wondering if anyone in the Delco REI club also had contractors that attended meetings? Was hoping to get several quotes... Thanks!!

@Joseph Scorese are you a member of the delco REIA as well? (It wouldn't let me add your name to the last post for some reason...) would certainly be interested in attending a meeting!

Also - does anyone know if I would need to join annually prior to my first meeting or if I could decide that upon going for the first time?

Hey folks! In the very beginning stages of research for our first flip...... Just curious as to what everyone's thoughts are on foreclosures (specifically anyone from Delaware County, PA?) I'm hoping to connect with other investors in the area to do a bit more research before making our first purchase so I would love to hear thoughts!

My husband and I are looking to get started in some fix & flips over the next few months @Joseph Mceneaney. We are also planning on checking out DIG to do a bit more research as well. Would love to talk with you to see what you're looking for.

Hello all! I'm a VERY new member of BP! Doing tons of research on fix & flips currently and learning everything I can from great book recommendations, podcasts, and fellow friends in the real estate industry!
