@Jan Fensterer - Hi Jan - my wife and I have an Airbnb and the most common compliment/request for information is the mattresses. When we bought them I was so worried we were going to cheap and that they wouldn't be good - as usual, my wife was right and I was... Well, not right.

I don't have the exact model number, but they are both the same Beauty Rest from Mattress Firm. They are on the firm side of the spectrum, and each retailed for about $350 plus tax for a queen size. We added a foam topper to one and let the guests know the bed in the back is firm, the bed in the front is more soft and cozy.

Bedding is also important and the other thing people ask us about. Again, wife was wrong and my fears of being cheap were proven wrong... Here is the link to the bedding we've bought. It's lasted for more than 100 guests with 4 sets rotating through the two beds.
