Hi Kyle,

Thanks for the warm welcome! Coming straight out of college, I do not yet have years of pay stubs (for home financing). However, I was thinking of using some cash to buy the first SFR probably in a different state (maybe Texas).

In the future, I want to purchase some condos and multifamily homes though.

I will be living in San Francisco, so buying a home in that area will be a stretch without loans.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I've been learning a lot from these forums, so I finally that today was the day to officially join!

A little bit about me: I am on the earlier spectrum of RE investing. I am a fresh college graduate who is starting a career in finance. My overall goal is to have passive income that exceeds $3k a month (yes, that will take a while).

I enjoy scenic hiking, reading, gymming and investing.

I have some extra capital that I have amassed since I was little (yup, counting those piggy banks) and am looking to making my first investment this year. I am looking for properties that are in the 50k-120k range to start off and learn the ropes.

So far, I've been really impressed by the BP community. And I'm looking forward to learn, grow and contribute here!
