Thanks everyone for the quick feedback and I would like to apologize for not keeping this post active as I had to travel overseas and just now getting back into things again. 

--  I have reached out to the PM and he has reduced the price to a more competitive rate but it still hasn't found suitable tenants. 

@Kevin Mika the property is located in Sulphur Springs area so not really on the west side but more northern.  Please send me a PM if your still interested or we can chat more about it.

Hi BP, I have a duplex in Tampa that after the tenant moved out we cleaned it up replaced the ac window units and repainted. Looks much better. Question is how long should it take to get new tenants in there? I am using a PM and he says he is getting apps but noone is signing.... What to do? Thanks Kurt
