I am a new investor and have been doing a lot of studying and reading about real estate investing. One common suggestion and crucial part of investing is knowing your local market if you are investing locally. I just wanted to ask for some of your more effective and time efficient ideas and methods that you would use in order to stay knowledgeable about your local market. 

Hello my name is Kurt Price! I am a recently married college student and have a goal of financial freedom. We live in Sheridan Wyoming as we finish our school here. My wife and I know that the day to day jobs are not for us and we want to find more creative ways to earn an income. We are both young and new to real estate investing but are very eager to learn from others. I found the Bigger Pockets podcast while searching for more information about investing. I hope I can learn a lot and share what I have learned with others.
