Thanks for the ideas.

I looked at Salesforce a while back, but if I remember correctly, they're quite expensive. I believe it was $125 a month for each user that has access. So if we have 5 VA's, plus me, that's over $700/ month. yikes!

I'll take a peek at the other ones you mentioned.

I'm looking for an online website/program I can use to manage our companies workflow and allow our virtual staff to interact with it using different user profiles.

I'd like it to have the following capabilities. Please feel free to suggest other programs, that may not fit all the bills, as I'm not sure there is a site that will fit all the bills.

Qualities
-Online
-User permissions
-Data storage
-CRM
-workflow management
-calendars and ability to set deadlines
-Mail merge

-Ability to push/pull data to/from our online webforms.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
