Hi Armando - I own 2 properties in Jackson, MS. Purchased one for 69k (9/2020) and another for 92k (2/2021). They cashflow well.

Hello! I closed on a property July 15th - my first payment was supposed to be Sept 1st, and I set up autopay on my online account to deduct it on Aug 27th. I noticed that the payment was never pulled and on my mortgage portal it says "Payment Date: Servicing Transferred"

There is a notification that says "Please refer to your servicing transfer letter for more details." But I have not gotten a letter yet - what should I do to make this payment? Do I need to pay by 9/1? (tomorrow)

When speaking to a potential seller what should be addressed regarding the property before making an offer? (offers will mostly be made sight unseen) 

We can find the basic information found on tax records and public databases, but what else do we need to know specifically before making an offer?

Here are some that come to my mind: motivation to sell, recent renovations, condition of the property, what else?

When does asking what type of offer (all cash or financing) come up? Thank you
