Hi everyone

Id just like to give a shout out to everyone that's on BP. Although I am as fresh as they come in terms of real estate investing, I feel BP will give me the comfort that ill seek when i run into trouble. I have been listening to podcasts non stop and find them extremely valuable. I intend to use BP to it's fullest to help me with my investing!

Hi im a new investor and would like some advice on starting. I live in Toronto and the market here makes it hard to find value deals( if there is even one) I dont yet have the confidence to start going to other areas and was wondering if theres any strategies that i can apply to a city such as Toronto. The two strategies i was hoping to use were wholesaling and lease options, but again the market here almost makes it impossible to find a deal using the 1 percent rule. ( A good deal here is finding something more like half a percent)

thanks
